Unexpected Pregnancy

Unexpected PregnancyAlthough many plan to fall pregnant and having a baby would be a blessing in the sky, for some a pregnancy can be unplanned, unexpected and a bit of a surprise. When a pregnancy is unplanned it is still a time of pure joy for some, but for others it may be stressful and difficult to deal with and accept.

You may feel you are not ready physically, mentally and financially to become a parent. When in a relationship, this can in turn be a challenge to your relationship and bond together. It is a time of uncertainty and decision making and you may not agree with one another. This may in turn make you feel lonely, unsupported, sad, guilty and worried. It is important to remember, you are not alone and we are here to help.

Where can I go for support?
