Definition of Female Orgasmic Disorder

Female Orgasmic Disorder is defined as the delay in or absence of attaining orgasm following sufficient sexual stimulation and arousal, which causes personal distress.
This is also sometimes called Pre-orgasmic, since it has found that all women are capable of clitoral orgasm.
